SENIOR SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Job Brief: TCS Private Limited is looking for an energetic and great problem solver Senior Service Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems with his good technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work as first level of support, provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer hardware.
- Runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Install, modify, and repair hardware and network issues.
- Set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach users to use programs.
- Minor repairs and computer parts ordering
- IT support tickets logging and monitoring
- User handling
- Computer support and troubleshooting
- MS Office
- Support ticket handling
- Preferably, working experience of helpdesk engineer/technician/officer associated with big IT outsource service vendors
Salary: Market Competitive
