& progressive women. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager who can assist us in achieving
customer satisfaction goals to our growing brand and can lead a team of customer support agents.

This role involves you to:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Manage a team of customer support agents
  • Take ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
  • Be confident with report writing and presenting the updates to Operations Manager
  • Help in assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports
  • Assist with managing and restructuring customer support team
  • Implement and monitor SOPs assigned by Operations Manager
  • Assist with hiring and training new staff
  • Be client-facing and help the team with customer complaints over different platforms
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods
  • Work with other departments to improve communication quality and customer feedback
  • Be a planner, inform your manager about the customer support issues on time
  • Have confidence in speaking and writing to the customers
  • Most importantly, have a can-do attitude. Be prepared to get involved in everything within the customer support department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ experience in business administration or relevant field
  • Fresh graduates can apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
