We are looking for a Senior Office Administrator for one of our clients. They are one of the leading multinational FMCG companies in the Middle East and the successful candidate will join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a solid project coordination and office set up/administrative experience and can speak both in English and Arabic.
As a Senior Office Administrator, you will:
– Provide office management and administrative support to the team
– Assist in employee migration from other countries to Dubai
– Supervise facilities, fleet, and building management
– Liaise with third party suppliers
– Coordinate with government agencies and project/contractual staff
– Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as necessary
Desirable skills and background:
– Diploma in Office Administration or similar fields
– At least 5 years’ experience in office set-up, administration, and office project coordination
– Excellent MS Office skills
– Presentable and can work with different levels in the organization
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in both English and Arabic
