Job Description

Quest is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East, looking for a brilliant Community Manager to join their growing team in Riyadh. We are ideally looking for someone who is has great attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

As a Community Manager, you will:

* Perform community management and engagement
* Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
* Respond to comments and community queries
* Build social community and enhance brand awareness
* Moderate all user-generated content
* Keep abreast with digital technology trends

Desirable skills and background:

* Bachelor’s degree
* Knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape and current and new social networking sites (Facebook, SnapChat, Instagram, Twitter)
* Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in both English and Arabic (required)
* Saudi national (preferred)
