Clerical Officer Band 3

1 x 37.5 Hours Fixed contract to 1st January 2021

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dudley Community Nursing as a Clerical Officer based at Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre. We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced Clerical Officer to work closely with Matron for Community and Senior Managers.

The post holder will be responsible for administrative tasks, liaising with patients, carers, healthcare professionals and other representatives from health and social care organisations, across Dudley and possibly neighboring localities.

Good written and verbal communication skills and an informative telephone manner are essential, as is a positive patient care attitude and attention to detail.

You should be able to use a PC and standard software packages including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be able to work independently and as a member of a team. An ability to organise and prioritise tasks is essential.

Subject to the needs of the service your working hours may include working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
