Job Description

Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Branch Managers to join their team in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for UAE based candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience.

As a Branch Manager, you will:

– Manage branch sales and daily operations
– Drive sales through excellent customer service and sales performance
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve high level client escalations in a timely manner
– Manage branch inventory, procurement, and administration work
– Analyze monthly reports and monitor competitor activities
– Foster team culture and develop a customer centric behavior
– Ensure branch compliance with company policy and standards
– Recruit, manage, and develop branch staff

Desirable skills and background:

– Arabic nationality preferred but not a must, UAE based
– Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity
– Experience as a Branch Manager in the Hospitality / Retail sector
– Strong people management, sales, and administrations skills
– Presentable, well-groomed, and can deal with different types of people
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
– Female required (due to the nature of the role)
